Dear Family and Friends,

We are so blessed for the opportunity to spread the good news of Jesus Christ to people in Japan. We get to do God’s work by fulfilling His mission of spreading the Gospel (Matt. 26:3) as we build houses and classrooms in vulnerable communities. Additionally, we get to use our gifts and talents to play and coach soccer with young children. 

In this past year, after Chloe graduated from Biola University in May of 2022 with her Bachelor’s degree in Communication Studies and a minor in Biblical Studies, she worked full-time for a non-profit Christian foster care and adoption organization. There, she found her passion for helping vulnerable children and families and working with Christian leaders and communities. Similarly, Sami graduated from Biola University in May of 2023 with a Bachelor’s degree in Communication Studies and a minor in Biblical Studies from Biola University.

Our college experiences of being student-athletes at Fresno State University and Biola University have allowed us to truly understand what it means to glorify the Lord in sports and put Him first in our lives. That being said, we are honored for the opportunity to talk about Jesus and play soccer with young children in Iwakuni, Japan for ten days – June 23rd through July 2nd. 

This opportunity will help steer our future by laying a foundation of service for God's Kingdom. Please pray for us as we prepare our hearts and minds to spread the Word of God. This mission trip will cost a total of $5,000 for both of us. We are praying that we can raise the funds prior to our departure. Anything that you can donate would be greatly appreciated.
