Our 40-hour program is a partnership between New Life Second Chance Outreach and Redemption & Advancement Alliance developed for justice-involved people who are 17+ and job ready. The participants must go through an application and interview process. We offer mindset development, critical thinking strategies, job search, application and resume support, professionalism training, dress for success, social media etiquette, conflict resolution, team building, entrepreneurship training, financial wellness, credit building, investing, and more

Sponsorship levels are:

$25.00 - Supporter (Optional social media post recognizing your contribution)

$150.00 - Advocate (Supporter level plus a logo on the flyer and/or name announced at the beginning of each class)

$500.00 - Contributor (Advocate level plus your name and/or logo listed and hyperlinked on our websites, along with your marketing materials in graduation bags and on graduation photo backdrop)

$1000.00 - Investor (Contributor level plus the option to have your name/business announced in the press release)
