Bridging Heart was created to make sure no young person has to choose between safety and survival. Every week, we help youth aging out of foster care:

• Build financial confidence through budgeting sessions

• Find healthcare benefits and employment opportunities

• Get connected to community resources

Having a place to call home changes everything. It’s not just about four walls — it’s about stability, dignity, and the power to say “no” to the wrong kind of help.
