The endless list of things no one had ever taught me. And behind it all — silence. No one to call if something broke or went wrong. That’s why Bridging Heart doesn’t stop at handing someone a key. 

Through our ongoing support program, we:

• Check in monthly with every client

• Help distribute DCFS Norman Cash Assistance for essentials

• Conduct home visits to clean, repair, and furnish spaces

• Communicate directly with property managers when issues arise

• Offer financial guidance and emotional support along the way
