In Nicaragua, our 'Adopt a Pastor' program provides support to pastors so they can focus on evangelism and discipleship activities in their congregations. Additionally, we offer continuous training in ministry, finances, time management, and other topics that help them become more effective in their ministry while improving their quality of life and that of their homes.
