We are hosting a Missionary Fellowship Retreat this coming year. We have an online Japan Baptist missionary Men's group where members ask questions, recommend and share resources, offer advice, and give words of encouragement. We gather every year in the fall for 3-4 days to strengthen, challenge, and educate one another on various subjects that will benefit and promote the gospel in Japan. Various missionaries take turns hosting it in their city (setting up activities, schedules, a theme, and providing lodging). There is also an Online group for the wives, and they have a fellowship retreat every year or two.  Any extra funds will go towards future fellowship meetings.
