To re-start business ran into heavy loss due to Bad Market Competition. I invested 30 Lakhs in my business of readymade garments. Rs. 20 Lakhs taken on loan from bank and Rs. 10 Lakhs of my own pocket/ savings. In the market where my shop located there are other retail shops where garments of spurious quality are sold at low rate. To survive in the market had to sell clothes at low rate. In bad market competition i was afraid of the customers may not leave my shop without purchase of garments from my shop with the reasons of low rate. The garments of my shop are of superior quality. Naturally the prices of garments higher than those are at other shops. Gradually my business ran into big loss. This loss i could not be recouped as i had no funds to invest in my business anymore. My shop is shut down for 2 years. Shop is still closed. It is brought to your kind notice that i can not afford to pay shop rent Rs 6000/-pm. Due to low/ cheap rate of substandard garments prevailing in the market my business went into the range of risk. At last i had to face a big loss. However i have spent bank Loan amt. Rs. 20 Lakhs and Rs 10 Lakhs of my own pocket. The garments of my shop are higher than the rates at which the garments were sold to the Customers. Now i am in great need of money to restart my business from donors Crowdfunding.
