Every Lawful American Citizen and Christian in every State Must Have Proper Representation and Equal Apportionment by congressional district in order to secure God-given Liberties and Freedom in accordance with God's Moral and Natural Law and the U.S. Constitution. Article the First is the only Original Constitutional Amendment Not fully Ratified by 27 States Legislatures since 1798. America%u2019s Twenty-First Century U.S. House Must DIsperse to smaller (50,000 sized) districts as it was originally intended so that "We the People" can provide direct oversight and correction before our government representatives become corrupted and lawless. It is imperative that We the People remove the American house congressional district representatives away from the controls( $billion campaign financing industry) implemented by the national political parties and the corrupting monetary influence from thousands of foreign and domestic lobbyists in Washington, DC.
