Description:

International Justice Mission is the largest anti-slavery organization in the world. They have offices in 17 countries which seek to protect the vulnerable from violence and oppression. IJM's mission is to see slavery end in our lifetime, and they are doing the hard work of making that possible all over the world. They do this by working with justice systems to set slaves free, throw oppressors in jail, and to stop slave trade forever.

Mission Statement:

I have accepted a year-long unpaid internship at their Ghana office, which handles cases of forced labor trafficking of children. I served on IJM's student chapter leadership team at GVSU for 4 years, and I am honored to be able to continue to serve this org as an intern. In order for me to be able to work alongside IJM in Ghana, I need to raise $30,000. I'm asking you to partner with me on this journey because I truly believe that IJM is answering the call of Jesus to "do justice" in incredible ways.
