River Valley Food 4 Kids is a local organization focused on feeding children in Pope County and the surrounding area when school is not in session. We currently provide food for approximately 1,000 local children every time school lets out for weekends and breaks. This program depends on community support to feed our kids. It costs $100 to feed a child for the entire year. Please join us so that no child in our community goes to bed hungry.
Mission Statement:
The mission of River Valley Food 4 Kids is to help alleviate hunger among children in the Arkansas River Valley by providing food when other sources of nutrition are not readily available and to provide education on the importance of a healthy lifestyle.
