As part of an EAA Young Eagles project, the youth of Soaring Spirits Aviation will build a Velocity XL-5 aircraft. The aircraft will then be flown for youth discovery flights and humanitarian missions. total cost of the project is estimated to be $200,000.00. Please follow us every step of the way from start to finish.The plane build project will be held at Harrison Airport (I67), where we hope to gain assistance from students at Cincinnati State and the local chapter of Tuskegee Airmen.
